The Government Contractors Compensation Survey Report is a special cut of the Compensation Report, and only includes the salary and compensation policies data from government contractors. The survey offers regional government contractor salary data broken down by revenue, number of FTE’s, industry and location. For the purposes of this survey, government contractors are defined as those who report that 50 percent or more of their annual revenue comes from government contracts.
The 2016 Government Contractors Compensation Survey Report includes data on 395 survey jobs across 62 participating employers identified as Government Contractors. Participating organizations reported on 30,347 incumbents and employed over 100,000 full-time employees at the time of reporting.
